Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BusyHive ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Playful Panda for your family's personal, non-commercial use. This license permits you to:

• Install the App on devices your family owns or controls
• Use the App to track chores and allowances for your household
• Export and backup your data for personal use

What You Can't Do

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App

Your Data

You retain all rights to your data. BusyHive stores all data locally on your device. You are responsible for:

• Backing up your data if you choose to do so
• Maintaining the security of your device and PIN
• Any content (including photos) stored in the App

We do not store your data on our servers and cannot recover it if lost.

Parental Responsibility

BusyHive is designed to be used by families with children. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for:

• Supervising children's use of the App
• Deciding what chores and allowances are appropriate
• Protecting the parent PIN to prevent unauthorized changes
• Ensuring children understand how to use the App safely

App Store Terms

If you downloaded BusyHive from the Apple App Store, you also agree to the Apple App Store Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these terms and the App Store terms, the App Store terms will govern.

Disclaimer of Warranties

BusyHive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Defects will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Data stored locally on your device will not be lost

We strongly recommend backing up your data regularly using the export feature.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of use, or lost profits, arising from your use of BusyHive.

Updates and Changes

We may update BusyHive from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates may be required to continue using the App. We may also modify these Terms of Service by updating this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

You may stop using BusyHive at any time by uninstalling the App from your device. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App if you violate these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.
